Taylia brings more than 15 years’ experience in finance, accounting and business operations, providing the structure, systems and commercial oversight that support THYNK’s growth and service delivery.

Jamie brings more than 17 years’ experience in mechanical and maintenance services, with a strong background in hands-on operations, repairs and practical problem solving across residential, commercial and short-stay environments.

As Directors, Taylia and Jamie are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business and are committed to delivering reliable services, consistent standards and long-term support for clients across the South West.
